The production of enamelware involves the link between process compliance and highly trained personnel.

In terms of the level of technical equipment, our company is not inferior to the best world analogues of the production of enameled products. The newest equipment has high performance, reliability and allows you to create high-quality and modern enamelware.

At our enterprise, the production process of enamelled products is a full cycle and consists of the following stages:

1. Quality control of metal, blank cutting and stamping of products

We manufacture products of various shapes and sizes (more than 20 types). For these purposes, we purchase metal from U.S.Stell Kosice s.r.o., Koschitse (Slovakia) the city.

2. Preparation of the surface for enameling

We use an acid-free type of metal surface preparation. Working with the solution is carried out at ambient temperature. Then the fittings are welded on resistance welding machines.

3.Enameling

We carry out classic enameling, which is achieved thanks to double coating and double firing. After preparation, a ground slip is applied to the products, and then dried in electric ovens and fired at temperatures up to 860°C. Then the dishes are covered with cover enamel and again go through the drying and firing stage.

4. Applying a decorative finish to an enamel product

After the enameling process, the products go through a quality control stage. Products with defects are eliminated, and suitable ones are selected for further decorative finishing.

Decal application is accompanied by firing at temperatures up to 750°C.

5. Enamelware packaging

After firing, finished products are sorted and sent to the final stage - packaging.
